Blue Air, the low-cost Romanian air operator, won the Travelers 'Choice Award 2018, the Travelers' Choice Low Cost Carrier section for Europe.
Blue Air officials consider this award a "fantastic achievement and shows how much Blue Air passengers appreciate onboard aboard the company's aircraft. This is the first time a Romanian airline receives this award, and the Travelers' Choice Awards is the greatest distinction made by TripAdvisor.com, the famous tourism review site. "
"We are delighted with this award and I want to thank both our passengers for their trust, but also my colleagues who, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, have dedicated themselves to providing the best service. We are aware that this prize forces us to go beyond quality standards and invest in meeting the most demanding requirements of our "superiors", our passengers, "said Tudor Constantinescu, Blue Air commercial director.
